William, known in the tattoo world as Cionka, is an Italian tattoo artist from Florence who has made his passion for the underground scene his life and art

Growing up in the punk hardcore music scene, with influences from skateboarding and graffiti, Cionka has always had a deep connection with the culture behind tattooing.

His tattoo career began in 2012 when he decided to move to Hamburg to learn the craft from scratch.

Since then, his artistic evolution has led him to develop a unique style that combines the boldness of traditional tattooing with a modern and innovative touch. His approach is characterized by clean lines, iconic imagery, and an experimental color palette, all while maintaining the strength and durability of traditional tattooing.

His journey has also been shaped by a musical career with Watch Your Step, a band that took him on tour across Europe, Brazil, and Australia—an experience that deeply influenced his artistic vision.

Over the years, he has participated in numerous conventions and has been a guest artist at some of the most renowned studios worldwide. Traveling extensively for his work has allowed him to build a strong international clientele, with clients coming to Florence from all over the world.
